How do I play Block Forge?
Drag pieces from the tray onto the 8×8 board. Fill any full row or column to clear it and earn points. The game ends when none of the three pieces in your tray fits anywhere on the board.
What is "Brain Power"?
Brain Power is your high score — a friendly rebrand to reflect the game's brain-training framing. It is stored only on your device.
How do I undo a move?
You get one free undo per run. Additional undos are available by watching a short rewarded ad.
Can I continue after a game-over?
Yes — once per run, you can watch a rewarded ad to clear part of the board and continue. The option is shown on the game-over screen.
How do I change the language?
Open the App → Settings → Language. Block Forge ships in 13 languages (English, Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Russian, Indonesian, Turkish, Chinese Simplified). The first time you launch the App on a non-English device, it will ask which language you prefer.
Account & Data
Do I need an account?
No. Block Forge does not require login. Your high score, settings, and language preference are stored only on your device.
How do I back up or transfer my progress?
Cloud save is planned for a future version. For now, your progress is tied to the install on a single device. Uninstalling the App removes local progress.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the App to remove all local game data. To request deletion of data held by our ad partner (Google AdMob), see our Data Deletion page.
Ads
Why do I see ads?
Block Forge is free. Ads pay for development and hosting. If you've played at least three games you may see a banner on the home screen, an occasional interstitial after game-over, and optional rewarded ads when you choose to watch them.
How do I limit personalized ads?
- In the App: Settings → Privacy choices.
- On Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → "Reset Advertising ID" or, on Android 12+, "Delete Advertising ID".
An ad is misbehaving (loud audio, frozen, won't close)
Sorry — ad creatives are served by Google AdMob, not us. Please email a screenshot or screen recording to rudratech97@gmail.com and we'll report the creative to AdMob for removal.
Troubleshooting
The game crashes on startup
- Make sure your Android version is 5.0 or newer.
- Restart the device.
- Force-stop the App: Android Settings → Apps → Block Forge → Force Stop.
- If it still crashes, uninstall and reinstall.
- Still failing? Email us with your device model and Android version.
Ads never load
The App needs an internet connection to load ads. If you are offline, the game still plays but ad-gated features (extra undo, continue after game-over) are unavailable.
The board is unresponsive on a small screen
Try landscape mode if your device supports it, or zoom in via Android's accessibility magnification (Settings → Accessibility).
