Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and Wiliyam Bhadani ("we", "us", "developer") regarding your use of the Block Forge mobile application (the "App") and any related websites or services. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Eligibility
The App is rated for users aged 13 and older on Google Play. By using the App you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where allowed by law
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the App
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices
- Use the App to violate any law or third-party right
- Attempt to interfere with the App's security or ad serving
- Use bots, automation, or scripts to inflate scores, ad impressions, or rewards
4. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge that ads (banner, interstitial, and rewarded video formats) will be displayed and that ad partners may collect and process limited device and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Rewarded ads are optional. Watching them grants in-game benefits such as additional undos or the ability to continue after a game-over. Rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or transferred.
5. No Account, No Purchases
The App does not require an account to play. The App contains no in-app purchases at launch. If in-app purchases are added in a future version, those terms will be presented in-app at the time of purchase and supplement these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its source code, artwork, sound effects, music, trademarks, and branding are owned by the developer or licensed to the developer. All rights are reserved except those expressly granted in these Terms. "Block Forge" and the related logo are trademarks of Wiliyam Bhadani.
7. User Content
The App does not allow users to submit content (no chat, no profiles, no uploads). If you contact support, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your message to provide support and improve the App.
8. Updates
We may release updates to fix bugs, add features, or comply with platform requirements. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. Google Play handles distribution of updates.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (Sections 3, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13) survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts located in Australia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
14. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) for serving banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising. No other ad mediation networks, analytics SDKs, or first-party backend services are integrated in this version. Your use of Google AdMob is also governed by Google's terms, which are linked from our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
